Dustin P. Trammel

As a partner at Hoeller McLaughlin PLLC, a highly rated Tarrant County criminal defense firm with offices in Fort Worth and Colleyville, Texas, Dustin Trammel offers criminal defense services to those dealing with DWIs, drug possession charges, assault charges, sex crimes, and serious offenses including aggravated assault and murder. Dustin is a United States Army Veteran, as well as a former Assistance District Attorney at the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office.  As a prosecutor, he was extensively trained and handled hundreds of criminal cases, from DWI to murder.

Admitted to the State Bar of Texas, Mr. Trammel holds memberships in organizations like the Tarrant County Bar Association, the Tarrant County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association. He has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2022, 2023, and 2024 and a Top Criminal Attorney in Fort Worth by Fort Worth Magazine for 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Mr. Trammel completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in human development and family studies at Lubbock Christian University. After spending some time as a visiting law student at Texas A&M University School of Law, he obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Arizona Summit Law School. A Student of the Year awardee during law school, he served as the vice president of the Student Bar Association.
