A criminal defense attorney at Westfall Sellers located in Fort Worth, Texas, Frank Sellers represents clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area who have been charged with misdemeanors or felonies. Mr. Sellers devotes much of his time defending people who have been accused of driving while intoxicated. The balance of his practice involves cases ranging from sex offenses to homicide, and he has been able to obtain not guilty verdicts at many trials. Mr. Sellers also handles appellate proceedings.
Mr. Sellers graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in business and economics in 2008. He then enrolled at Texas Tech University School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2011. When there, Mr. Sellers served as president of the Texas Aggie Bar Association. He was also the articles editor of the Texas Tech Law Review and served on the Texas Tech Law School Board of Barristers.
Mr. Sellers is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He is a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, for which he has served on the board of directors since 2014 and as co-chair of the DWI Resource Committee since 2015. Mr. Sellers is a founding member of the DUI Defense Lawyers Association. He was president of the Lubbock Criminal Defense Lawyers Association from 2015 to 2016.
