A Texas native, Mr. Howard graduated magna cum laude in 2003 from Texas Tech University. He then attended Texas Tech School of Law, where he received the honor of serving on the Board of Barristers. He obtained his Juris Doctor in 2006, and the State Bar of Texas admitted him to practice that same year. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Active in his legal community, Mr. Howard is a member of the National College of DUI Defense, Tarrant County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association and Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association among his other professional affiliations.
