A native of Crane, Texas, Mr. Lotspeich was instilled with a strong work ethic and deep respect for others. Outside the office, he mentors young men, dotes on his daughters, stays active and reads. Academically, he holds a Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law (2005) and a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Howard Payne University (2002).
