In 1993, he moved to Fort Worth and became a partner in the Fort Worth firm of Kelly Hart & Hallman. Since 1993, his practice has been mainly limited to commercial litigation, legal malpractice defense or personal injury defense. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 1997.
