A certified elder law attorney with the National Elder Law Foundation and possessing more than 15 years of legal experience, Ms. Benson provides invaluable counsel and support to clients throughout the greater Fort Worth region and surrounding areas who have legal needs involving any of the following:

In addition, she has served as president, treasurer and board member of the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association, and she is an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
