Raymond S. Napolitan, III

He has experience with cases involving DWI, intoxication, assault, drug possession, family violence, terroristic threats, shoplifting, robbery, arson, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, sexual assault, indecent exposure, sexual offender registration violations, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawfully carrying a weapon, gun charges, evading arrest, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He has handled misdemeanors, felonies and administrative license revocation hearings.

After graduating from The University of Texas at Tyler, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and a minor in journalism, Mr. Napolitan received his law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law. He became a licensed attorney in the state of Texas in 2011 and is admitted before all Texas state courts and the Second Court of Appeals in Fort Worth.

Mr. Napolitan initially joined the Law Office of Jim Shaw and began practicing criminal defense. In 2016, attorney Jim Shaw retired, and the firm became The Law Office of Ray Napolitan, PLLC.

Outside of his law office, Mr. Napolitan is active in his legal community. He is a member of the Tarrant County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
