    While attending law school, Mr. Barrow was a student attorney for the university’s domestic violence clinic. In 2001, he received the “Outstanding Volunteer Award” for the Women's Advocacy Project.

    Mr. Barrow is certified in Civil Trial Law and Civil Pretrial Practice Advocacy from the National Board of Trial Advocacy and Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. For his legal work within the Fort Worth area, he was named one of the “Top Attorneys in Tarrant County” from 2010-2017 by Fort Worth Magazine.

    Mr. Barrow is an active member of his legal community. He is President of the Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association. He also sits on the board of directors for the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and American Association of Justice. He is also a frequent lecturer at legal conferences including the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (ATAA) National Symposium presenting on the topic "The Standard of Care for Truck Drivers" and "Trucking Litigation 101: What You Need to Know" to the Tarrant County Bar.  His journal article "Surety Endorsements in Commercial Trucking Auto Policies" was published in Fall 2014 edition of the the Journal of Texas Insurance Law. 

    Mr. Barrow is married with two sons in 9th and 6th Grade, is head coach for Coyotes Youth Football, 2014-19, and is a master mason.
