Mark Morales is a founding attorney and partner of The Law Offices of Mark Morales & Associates, a criminal defense and parole law firm with offices in Georgetown, Texas. The firm serves clients throughout Williamson County, Travis and Hays County. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Morales enjoys a proven track record of success in a broad range of criminal cases.
Mr. Morales earned his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law. He began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney. He gained significant trial experience as a felony prosecutor. Mr. Morales worked with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Texas Rangers on serious felony cases, including a high-profile murder case. Additionally, he served as the lead trial attorney in cases involving murder, sexual assault, drug offenses, and family violence charges.
Since founding his own criminal defense practice, Mr. Morales has earned a reputation as one of the premier "go-to" criminal defense attorneys in Williamson County. Many of his clients are referrals from satisfied former clients.
Mr. Morales has personally handled over 4,000 felony and misdemeanor cases, including DWI offenses. He has undergone the same training and certification in field sobriety testing as law enforcement, and he draws on that knowledge and skillset to provide solid representation for clients.
