Mr. Horton's academic path began at Texas A&M University, where he completed his undergraduate studies in 2002. He then pursued his legal education at South Texas College of Law Houston, earning his Juris Doctor in 2008 and gaining admission to practice in Texas that same year. Excelling in his class, he was a member of the Law Review and competed on the esteemed Moot Court Team. Before embarking on his legal career, he contributed to the Texas Legislature, crafting the very laws he now navigates daily.
