Details

Andrew R. Gould is an appellate attorney and oversees and heads the Texas-based firm Arnold & Itkin LLP and its section dealing with appellate practice. Beginning his career as an attorney in 2016, he represents his clients with the following matters:

  • Offshore accidents
  • Refinery accidents
  • Trucking accidents
  • Medical injuries
  • Construction accidents
  • Oil rig explosions
  • Industrial accidents

Having led hundreds of cases in courtrooms spread across the state of Texas, Mr. Gould confidently advocates for his clients in several courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd, 5th, 6th, 9th and 11th Circuits and other federal courts as well. He was rated by Chambers and Partners USA as an Up-and-Coming attorney in the appellate field.

Mr. Gould firmly believes that every individual should have easy access to legal support and shouldn’t back out of pursuing justice. He provides his clients with the highest level of representation and ensures that they also have a fair playing chance against corporates. Over the years, he has thoroughly observed and noted that at times these conglomerates are able to swiftly get away with their negligence, and he puts up a good fight against them to procure maximum compensation for his clients.

Upon receiving his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Michigan in 2007, Mr. Gould chose Vanderbilt University Law School to follow his passion and pursue legal studies. He graduated with honors and received his doctorate in jurisprudence in the year 2010. While excelling in his studies, he took part in extracurricular activities and served as the executive editor for the university’s law review.

Apart from his day-to-day work, Mr. Gould engages in various other activities in the legal field as well. He currently serves as a member of the Bearings’ Texas Civil Litigation: Commentaries & Rules editorial board and has also talked about various topics in numerous Continuing Legal Education (CLE) presentations. He is also an esteemed member of other organizations, including The Garland R. Walker American Inn of Court and the Houston Bar Association.
