A seasoned attorney for over 30 years, Bradley W. Rapp has consistently provided top-quality legal representation in a wide variety of business and corporate law matters, including business formation, business transactions and securities law, as well as tax law, intellectual property law and real estate law. A founding shareholder of Rapp & Krock, PC, in Houston, Texas, he serves clients throughout the surrounding region and beyond.
Mr. Rapp completed his undergraduate studies in 1988, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University. He went on to attend the Hamline University School of Law, where he sharpened his shrewd legal acumen and prowess while also expanding upon his legal and practical knowledge. He received his Juris Doctor in 1993, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Texas.
A stalwart advocate for his clients, Mr. Rapp ensures his clients’ legal issues are given the utmost attention and care, and he utilizes his tenacious work ethic to help them overcome their challenges.
