Attorney Bruce A. Coane is the founder of Coane and Associates, PLLC, which has law offices in Hallandale Beach, and Houston, Texas. Serving clients throughout the greater Houston metro and surrounding areas as well as the areas surrounding Miami and Ft. A top-rated attorney, Mr. Coane graduated cum laude from Penn State University in 1979 before attending the University of Houston Law Center, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1981. He holds his board certification from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Immigration and Nationality Law, and he has achieved considerable success advocating for his clients in state and federal courts as well as before various appellate courts.
A leader in his field, Mr. Coane has written extensively and conducted lectures and seminars across the United States on a variety of legal topics related to employment and immigration law. He has also appeared on several television news programs and radio talk shows, where he has offered in-depth legal commentary on various subjects.
As further evidence of his leadership skills, Mr. Coane helped establish and served as president of the National Employment Lawyers Association's Houston Chapter, and he is a past president of the Texas Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is also an active member of the Miami Beach Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Houston Bar Association, among his other professional affiliations.
He holds his admission to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, The Northern District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for Washington, D.C. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, and 11th Circuits and both the Texas and U.S. Supreme Courts.
