Bryant Fitts

Bryant Fitts is an insurance coverage attorney at Fitts Law Firm, PLLC, located in Houston, Texas. Mr. Fitts’ primary focus is helping clients in the surrounding areas with their insurance disputes and denied insurance claims. His practice areas also include:

One of Mr. Fitts’ notable cases involved a commercial property owner whose roof was damaged by a severe storm. His office reviewed the claim and successfully secured the insurance company's replacement of the entire 500,000 square-foot roof, along with payment of the property owner's attorney fees. In addition to insurance matters, Mr. Fitts has gained extensive experience in defective medical devices and drugs, as well as industrial and petrochemical explosion cases. He has worked on pharmaceutical litigation cases, including those involving birth defects and defective drugs, such as Trasylol, Yaz and SSRIs (a class of anti-depressant). 

With nearly two decades of experience, Mr. Fitts has been involved in major industrial disaster cases that occurred in the United States over the past decade, including the BP Refinery Explosion in Texas City, Texas; the IP Paper Mill explosion in Vicksburg, Mississippi; the Imperial Sugar Mill explosion in Savannah, Georgia; and the Williams Olefins explosion in Geismar, Louisiana. 

Mr. Fitts' legal career began at the law firm of Dehay & Elliston in 2003, representing commercial defendants in various legal matters. In 2006, he established his own title company and law firm. He graduated from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2003 and became a member of the Texas Bar. He is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and gained his Pennsylvania Bar license in 2011.

An active member of professional associations, Mr. Fitts is a part of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. As recognition of his vast legal acumen and dedicated advocacy, he holds a "Superb" rating on Avvo, a respected legal rating platform. 

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Fitts attended The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned an undergraduate degree in advertising in 1999.
