Chad Pinkerton

He continued his studies at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, earning a master's in physical therapy. 

After excelling in the medical field and founding Premiere Physical Therapy, Mr. Pinkerton decided to pursue a legal career, attending the University of Houston Law Center. Graduating summa cum laude, he was recognized for his academic excellence and involvement in law review and moot court competitions.

Following law school, Mr. Pinkerton joined a prestigious Houston litigation boutique, gaining valuable experience in high-stakes cases. His desire for hands-on experience led him to a leading personal injury firm, where he focused on maritime personal injury and commercial litigation. He resolved numerous cases and played a significant role in negotiating settlements and arguing successfully in appellate courts.

In 2006, driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. Pinkerton established The Pinkerton Law Firm, PLLC. He quickly made a name for himself by representing over 150 clients in a significant case against British Petroleum, achieving an exceptional resolution. Today, Mr. Pinkerton continues to advocate passionately for his clients, handling cases across various practice areas including, maritime litigation, industrial accidents and medical malpractice.
