Charles A. Sturm

Founding partner of Sturm Law PLLC, Charles A. Sturm is a passionate representative for those dealing with legal issues of employment law; business litigation; trademarks; wage and hour disputes; and issues of discrimination, retaliation and harassment. Serving those in the Houston metropolitan and the surrounding areas, Mr. Sturm is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Labor & Employment law.

Mr. Sturm earned his law degree with honors from the University of Houston in 1997, and has worked tirelessly since then for employees and employers dealing with issues of unpaid overtime, sexual harassment claims, trade secret litigation, noncompete clause and employment agreement disputes, and violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act. Recognized as a Texas "Super Lawyer" every year from 2017 to 2020, Mr. Sturm is a member of the American Inns of Court, the Houston Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. 

Admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the State of Texas, Mr. Sturm has extensive experience as a trial lawyer. With the ability to represent employees, employers and executives, he understands all aspects of employment law, making him a more thorough representative, and advocate for the rights of clients.

Also providing general counsel to businesses and handling matters of appellate law, Mr. Sturm takes a personal, customized approach to each case.
