Retained by Lloyd's of London to defend $2.5 Billion claim against Moldanado in claims for breach of fiduciary duty in a national Ponzi scheme. Contained verdict to policy limits. , 2015
- Cause No. 4:14-cv-01421; Iqbal and LN Technologies v. Sulo & Sulo, LLP, Bobbit Law Firm, P.C. et al.; in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
