With extensive experience as a transactional attorney, litigator and trial lawyer, Cory Krueger represents clients in Houston, Texas, for Hensley & Krueger, PLLC. His practice area is probate and estate administration, including primary estate planning, wills and trusts. With over 15 years of experience, he has presented to The National Business Institute Real Estate Conference and is licensed by The University of Texas at Austin in the Business Foundations Program.
Admitted to practice in the state of Texas and before the United States Tax Court, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Mr. Krueger is actively involved in his profession and works with many legal organizations. These include the real estate, probate, oil and gas, and litigation sections of the Houston Bar Association, and the real estate, probate and trust, litigation, family law and business law sections of the State Bar of Texas.
In 2002, Mr. Krueger completed his undergraduate degree at The University of Texas at Austin before attending the University of Houston Law Center and earning his Juris Doctor in 2006. While in law school, he was a volunteer with the University of Houston Law Center Mentor Program and a member of the Sports and Entertainment Legal Organization and the Oil and Gas Legal Organization.
With a passion for protecting the rights of those who want to see their estates and assets go to the rightful place after they die, Mr. Krueger also drafts legal documents and contracts.
