Crystal Del Toro

Crystal Del Toro is an associate attorney at The Buzbee Law Firm in Houston, Texas. She handles civil litigation cases encompassing commercial vehicle accidents, construction site accidents, oil field and maritime injuries, wrongful death, premises liability, sexual abuse, defective pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices and home explosions, in addition to complex commercial and contractual disputes.

A 2010 magna cum laude psychology graduate of the University of Texas – Pan American, Ms. Del Toro earned her Juris Doctor in 2013 from the University of Houston Law Center (UHLC). As a law student, she worked for the Hidalgo County District Attorney, Judge Rudy Delgado at the 93rd District Court and a well-known personal injury company. She represented asylum seekers fleeing civil conflict, genocide and political repression at the UHLC Immigration Clinic as a student attorney.

Permitted to practice law in the state of Texas, Ms. Del Toro serves her colleagues and the legal community through her tireless work with her local bar associations such as the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice and the Houston Bar Association.
