She is board-certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both family law and civil trial law. Diggs was elected  a Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and is a member of the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists and the Gulf Coast Family Law Specialists. She is also a member of the Texas Association of Civil Trial and Appellate Specialists and the prestigous American Board of Trial Advocates. Cindy is a member and past-president of the Houston chapter of the Association of Women Attorneys.
