David J. Romagosa

An attorney at Farrar & Ball, LLP, David J. Romagosa focuses his practice primarily on plaintiff’s personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Born and raised in Louisiana, he attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he majored in finance and received a Bachelor of Science in 2001. Mr. Romagosa, then, went on to pursue his legal education at the Thurgood Marshall School of Law, which is part of Texas Southern University in Houston. During his time in law school, he clerked for a judge who sat on the 133rd District Court in Houston.

In 2004, Mr. Romagosa was awarded his Juris Doctor, and he became admitted to practice before all Texas state courts after passing the bar exam in that year. He has been a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas since that time.

From the Houston offices of Farrar & Ball, LLP, Mr. Romagosa provides aggressive representation to clients throughout the greater metropolitan area. He brings cases on behalf of people who have incurred economic and noneconomic losses as the direct result of the negligence or recklessness of other people or entities. The types of matters that Mr. Romagosa has worked on, since he joined the firm, have arisen out of incidents involving truck, motorcycle and other motor vehicle crashes, defective or dangerous consumer products, premises liability, and workplace accidents.

Apart from his personal injury practice, Mr. Romagosa has gained experience in civil litigation involving breaches of contracts and other types of business disputes. In order to stay abreast of current developments in his fields of practice and to forge connections with fellow attorneys, he is a member of several professional associations.
