Attorney David W. Hodges is a founding partner of the Houston-area law firm of Hodges & Foty, LLP, where he focuses on securing fair compensation for injured clients and those treated unjustly. Mr. Hodges earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, where he was a member of the Texas A&M University Corps of Cadets and recognized as a Distinguished Student. He then went on to earn his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center as an honor graduate. Before launching his legal career, Mr. Hodges served as an intelligence officer with the United States Navy.
He is admitted to the State Bar of Texas, as well as from the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. He also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
