David W. Miller

David W. Miller is an attorney and partner at McCulloch & Miller, PLLC, in Houston, Texas. Mr. Miller handles matters involving estate planning, estate litigation, probate, trusts and wills. He represents clients in Houston and throughout Harris County, Texas.

Prior to co-founding McCulloch & Miller, PLLC, Mr. Miller worked as an associate at a Houston law firm where he practiced securities litigation and arbitration. He has also worked for an oil and gas corporation and in the financial industry. His broad range of experience enables him to provide thorough and exceptional legal service to clients.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Miller has represented individuals and families in a wide variety of estate planning and complex litigation matters. He has earned the AV Preeminent* rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest available rating from the peer review service.

Mr. Miller earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Vanderbilt University. He received his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. He is a certified guardianship attorney in Texas and is accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. He holds a license to practice law in Texas and Florida, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
