    Verdicts/Settlements:

    • Reached a publicly available settlement for my client, Tatsoft LLC, resulting in a 7-figure judgment and nearly 2 million dollars in indemnities.  The defendants were Schneider Electric and InduSoft LLC.  Defendants settled moments before voir dire was to start. The settlement ended the case in Travis County District Court.  The case, however, started in federal court in the Western District Texas, where Tatsoft prevailed on a forum non-conveniens motions that resulted in a dismissal of the federal suit.   , 2018

    • Selected as an international arbitrator to part of the panel of arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association - International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR)., 2019
