Eric P. Chenoweth

Standing steadfast through all the legal challenges his clients face, Eric P. Mr. Chenoweth completed his undergraduate studies in 1994, graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree in environmental engineering from Syracuse University, and during his time there, was the captain of the Syracuse University football team. He went on to attend the University of Virginia School of Law – where he was the winner of the Lile Moot Court Competition – and received his Juris Doctor in 1998. The same year he graduated from law school, he obtained his license to practice law in Texas.

Soon after becoming licensed to practice law, Mr. Chenoweth soon became admitted to practice before all the federal district courts of Texas, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Within his legal community, he is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Young Lawyers Association (part of the Administration of Justice Committee) and The Texas Association of Defense Counsel.
