Erica Fauser

Passionately dedicated to helping people and companies successfully overcome legal challenges, Erica advocates for local, regional, national, and international clients in her business litigation practice. With experience in cases involving an array of industries and issues, Erica conducts trial work on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in areas that include civil, business and complex commercial litigation and those in the appellate sphere, among others. 

In her multifaceted practice, Erica takes on matters involving business disputes and business divorces, shareholder and fiduciary litigation, trademark litigation, oil and energy, real estate, labor and employment, as well as mass torts & products liability. Always getting to know clients’ organizations in depth, she works diligently yet efficiently to protect their livelihoods and enterprises.

A thorough researcher and excellent writer, Erica applies her outstanding communication skills, oral advocacy talent and ability to think on her feet to her clients’ advantage, both in and out of the courtroom. Erica’s multicultural background and familiarity with many countries and cultures enhance her ability to build strong relationships with those she represents. They in turn feel comfortable sharing the information needed to forge strong cases that tell a persuasive story and yield the desired results. 

Active in several professional organizations, Erica is a member of the Houston Bar Association, Houston Young Lawyers Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Willem C. Vis Moot Court Alumni Association, The Downtown Group and the State Bar of Texas. As a mentor, she helps young people and first-generation attorneys navigate law school and the legal community and strives to provide guidance to law students and young attorneys navigating the legal profession.
