Erica Rose

A skilled and compassionate Houston, Texas, attorney, Erica Rose is the founding partner of Rose Sanders Law Firm, PLLC. Her practice aims toward advocating for the rights of individuals harmed by the unfair or negligent practices of others and families navigating complex legal situations. Over her career spanning nearly five years, she has handled a variety of cases involving:

A native of Houston, Texas, Mrs. Rose completed her Master of Law degree in entertainment and media law at Southwestern Law School in 2014 after receiving her Bachelor of Arts in English and creative writing at Emory University in 2005. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center in 2011. During law school, she served as the president of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund and worked as a law clerk for a well-known white collar defense law firm.

Honoring Ms. Rose’s efforts, the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys (NAOPIA) listed her in their Top 10 Personal Injury Attorneys Under 40 in Texas in 2020.
