Over the years, she has advocated for and helped clients plan for the transferring of assets, minimizing taxes, and preparing legal documents like wills and trusts to ensure their wishes are followed.

Experienced in estate administration and probate litigation, Ms. King has managed the legal validation of testamentary documents and the seamless transition of assets. She provides strategic counsel to executors on managing complex estates, ensuring absolute compliance with debt and tax obligations while mitigating risk through dispute resolution. Her practice offers shrewd acumen in navigating the mandatory probate requirements and high-value immovable property jurisdictions.

Before enrolling at The University of Oklahoma College of Law for her legal education, Ms. King completed her bachelor’s degree in public relations, advertising and applied communication at the same university. While in law school, she was on the Dean’s honor roll and graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2021. She was also a member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, where she worked in the estate clinic, providing guidance to other tribal members throughout the state.

Her early exposure to legal proceedings, as a student, has shaped Ms. King’s practice immensely. Serving as a legal clerk at the Oklahoma State Senate and at a firm, she observed and learned from cases while working on their motions and other required filings. Before joining her current firm, she gained experience at an insurance defense law firm, gaining valuable litigation and advocacy skills.
