James C. Ferrell

James C. Ferrell is an attorney at Ferrell Law Group in Houston, Texas. Mr. Ferrell has over 29 years of experience and concentrates his practice on personal injury law. He handles cases involving lung cancer, mesothelioma, truck accidents and catastrophic injuries caused by negligence. He represents clients throughout the Houston area.

Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Ferrell has successfully litigated and negotiated settlements in many complex personal injury matters. He has tried cases before state and federal courts and recovered favorable amounts in compensation for his clients. 

Along with being an accomplished trial attorney, Mr. Ferrell is familiar with the arbitration process. He has arbitrated various cases before the American Arbitration Association. He consistently provides compassionate legal advice and services to his clients, while aggressively fighting for their rights in the courtroom. Mr. Ferrell received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin before going on to earn his law degree from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law. While attending law school, he gained legal experience through interning for a Supreme Court of Texas senior justice. 

After finishing law school, Mr. Ferrell passed the Texas bar examination and obtained his license to practice law before all Texas state courts. He is also qualified to appear before the state courts of Illinois and Mississippi, several federal courts in Texas and Mississippi, the Supreme Court of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the Federal Circuit.
