Jeffrey R. Elkin is an attorney at Mouer Huston PLLC in Houston, Texas, where he practices business litigation. He holds a license to practice law in Texas and Colorado, as well as before all four federal district courts of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
Prior to joining Mouer Huston PLLC, Mr. Elkin was a partner at another Houston-based law firm. During that time, he served as the partner in charge of the firm’s litigation practice group, as the firm's hiring partner, and was chairperson of the firm's pro bono committee.
