Representing clients across Texas, Jon Paul Hoelscher is a partner at the law firm of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP.  He helps clients with construction and business litigation, as well as product liability, energy law, and oil and gas law. 

Mr. Hoelscher is a trusted legal counsel, helping various businesses mitigate risks and handle litigation issues. He represents clients in both state and federal courts and is board-certified in construction law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He helps both small and large businesses with contract negotiations, OSHA compliance, employment issues and other related legal matters. 

Earning his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Hoelscher joined the South Texas College of Law Houston, where he received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and contributed to the International Trade Law Journal. He also holds an international business degree from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business. He is licensed to practice in Texas and admitted before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.
