Soon after entering the legal profession, Mr. Lee gained admission to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
