Mr. Davis is admitted to practice before all Texas state courts, New York state courts, all U.S. District Courts in Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd and 5th Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Deeply embedded in his legal community, Mr. Davis serves on the boards of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Houston Trial Lawyers Association. He actively participates in the Texas Bar College, the State Bar of Texas and the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association, and is a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. Additionally, he contributes to the Houston branch of the International Dyslexia Association as a board member.
