Attorney Judith Batson Sadler is a shareholder with Diggs & Sadler law firm in Houston, Texas. Ms. Sadler's extensive background in business helps her to better address the business considerations of her clients who are going through a divorce, and she has considerable experience handling highly complex business valuations and other complicated high-asset matters to help her clients work toward their goal of obtaining a just and equitable division of the community assets. Enjoying a challenge, Ms. Sadler also has developed a particular focus on grandparents' rights cases, which cases often involve difficult issues as grandparents have very limited rights in most states.
In addition to her family law work, Ms. Sadler holds a certification in labor and employment law from the State Bar of Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. Sadler regularly counsels business clients of all sizes in a variety of industries with their employment issues. Ms. Sadler represents business clients before various administrative agencies, and she has become a vocal advocate for small-business owners who are struggling due to oppressive government regulations that keep them from flourishing in today's demanding market.
