Juli Fournier

Attorney Juli Fournier is the managing partner of Stephenson Fournier in Houston, Texas. Ms. Fournier has over 30 years of legal experience representing Houston residents in business, commercial, estate planning, probate, real estate and tax matters.

Ms. Fournier provides accurate and comprehensive advice to her clients on a wide variety of business topics including franchising, planning, transactions and strategies. She counsels on various topics including capital formation, contracts, divestitures, financing, loans, mergers, shareholder agreements and tax planning.

As an indication of her contributions to the legal profession, Ms. Fournier is AV Preeminent* peer-review rated, the highest rating, through Martindale-Hubbell. Outside of the office, Ms. Fournier enjoys serving her local community. She is the director of the Fromm Bros. Historical Preservation Society and the Exchange Club of Sugar Land and a former director and officer of the Ricky Deci Memorial Foundation.

In 1983, Ms. Fournier graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She went on to earn her law degree from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law, graduating with honors. She holds a license to practice law before all Texas state courts and is a member of the Houston Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas.

Prior to forming Stephenson Fournier, Ms. Fournier practiced as an associate attorney at two private law firms. While at these firms, she gained legal knowledge and experience that she now uses to the benefit of her individual and business clients.
