Justin T. Scott serves clients throughout Texas from the Houston law office of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, which has multiple locations across the U.S. He assists clients with concerns related to:

·       Oil and gas law

·       Renewable energy law

·       Real estate issues

Graduating summa cum laude with bachelor’s degree in political science from Abilene Christian University, Mr. Scott attended Baylor Law School to pursue his legal studies. He obtained his law degree in 2009, earning recognition in the Order of Barristers. Licensed to practice the same year in Texas, he is also admitted before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.

Maintaining an active presence in the legal community, Mr. Scott is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association’s Houston Volunteer Lawyers program. He is also a Legal Lines volunteer and a part of the Health Museum of Houston’s Young Professionals Circle and the Abilene Christian University Alumni Advisory Board.

During law school, Mr. Scott interned at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Texas. Prior to joining his current firm, he worked as an associate attorney at a couple of law firms in Houston, working on cases involving complex commercial litigation, noncompetes, trade secrets and master service agreements. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in legal matters involving energy, construction and real estate.
