Kacy Shindler is a Houston wrongful death and serious personal injury attorney and the founder of Kacy Law, with offices in Houston and Bay City, Texas.
Kacy represents individuals and families who have suffered catastrophic losses due to another party's negligence — including wrongful death, serious car and truck crashes, premises liability, product liability, insurance disputes, and eminent domain matters. She handles cases throughout Houston, Harris County, and the surrounding Texas counties.
Kacy earned dual undergraduate degrees in economics and political communication — both with honors — from The University of Texas at Austin, before receiving her Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law in 2013. She went on to train under some of the most respected trial lawyers in Houston before founding Kacy Law, where she could build the client-first practice she always believed in.
Kacy takes every case to full preparation as if it will go to a jury trial — because she has. She keeps clients informed and involved at every stage, and fights aggressively to ensure they are fully compensated for their injuries, losses, and grief.
"Bad things happen to good people on a regular basis and I want to help people through those difficult times. To tell their story is a privilege and an honor I do not take lightly."
She has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyers® honoree, a distinction earned by the top 5% of attorneys in the state through peer nomination and independent research evaluation.
