Kathleen Witkovski

Kathleen Witkovski is Partner at Murrah & Killough, PLLC, in Houston, Texas. Licensed to practice in Texas since 2015, she takes on cases involving family law, divorce, child custody, estate planning, probate, business law, business and commercial litigation, premarital and post-marital agreements and adoptions. 

Ms. Witkovski earned her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She obtained her law degree from the Southern University Law Center. She is currently the head of the Family Law department of Murrah & Killough, PLLC. 

Ms. Witkovski has immense experience taking on contested custody cases and high net worth divorce cases involving business valuations and division of businesses. She serves as a court-appointed amicus attorney in contested custody disputes to uphold the best interests of the children involved.  

Compassionate and empathetic, Ms. Witkovski understands the impact that family law-related matters can have on an individual and their families and goes the extra mile for them. She is proactive and consistent and keeps communication lines open from the beginning to the end of their case. Well aware that this period of time can be stressful for people and affect their decision-making, she patiently helps her clients by providing effective legal services and tailored solutions for each client’s unique case. 

Actively associated with prominent legal associations, Ms. Witkovski is an Officer for the Houston Bar Association’s Family Law Section, a member of the Burta Rhoads Raborn Family Law American Inn of Court, the Family Bar of Fort Bend County, and the Association of Women Attorneys.
