Attorney Katie A. Custer is a partner with the Fullenweider Wilhite law firm, which has office locations in Houston and Austin, Texas. A Houston native, Ms. Custer holds her certification in family law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She has more than 12 years of experience assisting and guiding clients through the divorce process as well as helping them with many other domestic relations issues they need to address.
A graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Organizational Behavior and Business Policy, Ms. Custer worked for years as a financial analyst with a prominent airline. She credits her financial and business experience with enabling her to better address her clients' needs regarding complex marital property characterizations, business valuations, stock options and benefits, retirement accounts, taxation issues, and other related matters.
Upon relocating to Houston, Ms. Custer attended South Texas College of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2007. The State Bar of Texas admitted her to practice that same year, and she has since earned a reputation as a dedicated advocate for her clients who always pursues the most favorable outcomes on their behalves both inside and outside of the courtroom.
