Kyrie Cameron

Kyrie Cameron serves as a partner at Patterson + Sheridan LLP, based in Houston, Texas. She provides legal support to clients across a wide range of industries, with a practice focused on intellectual property law and complex technology matters. She also advises companies at every stage of innovation, helping them protect, manage and enforce valuable intellectual property assets in both domestic and international markets.

Ms. Cameron’s practice covers patent, trademark and copyright law, with particular depth in patent preparation and prosecution. She works closely with clients in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, chemical sciences, software and information technology, and consumer and industrial products. Her experience also extends to financial technology, oil and gas services, business methods, optics, and emerging technologies.

With over 10 years of experience, Ms. Cameron counsels clients on technology licensing, IP transactions, mergers and acquisitions, trademark and brand protection, and risk assessment and compliance. She also represents clients in intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution matters, providing strategic guidance designed to ensure legal outcomes support broader business goals.

A proud alumnus of South Texas College of Law Houston, where Ms. Cameron crafted a career in law and honed her legal skills, she received her Juris Doctor in 2015. Prior to attending law school, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in honors biology from Baylor University in 2012. 

Ms. Cameron is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the Supreme Court of the United States, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. She is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th and Federal Circuits.

An active participant within her legal community, Ms. Cameron maintains active involvement in professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Houston Intellectual Property Law Association, the Texas Young Lawyers Association and The Honorable Nancy F. Atlas Intellectual Property American Inn of Court.
