Marco Gonzalez

Admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Marco Gonzalez is an attorney at The Gonzalez Law Group. In his criminal defense practice, Mr. Gonzalez assists people who are facing state misdemeanor or felony charges. His experience in this area has included sex offenses, driving while intoxicated, drug possession, domestic violence, weapons violations and white collar crimes, and he has been able to obtain positive results for many of his clients. His personal injury cases have included the representation of people who have been harmed by the negligence of other parties in incidents involving motor vehicle crashes, premises liability, defective products and workplace accidents.

Mr. Gonzalez' family law caseload primarily involves providing advice and counsel to people who are going through a divorce, and he employs both courtroom advocacy as well as the use of alternative dispute resolution methods when helping them deal with such issues as child and spousal support, property division, and parental rights. His experience in this area of the law has also included adoptions and paternity matters. In his estate planning and administration practice, Mr. Gonzalez prepares wills, trusts and powers of attorney, and he helps clients navigate the probate process. His business law background includes the formation of new ventures, drafting and reviewing contracts, and commercial litigation. Mr. Gonzalez received his Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School in 2012.
