Michael Bins

Michael Bins is the founder of the Bins Law Firm, PLLC in Houston, Texas where he focuses on eminent domain matters and serious personal injury cases. Professional and diligent, Mr. Bins upholds the rights and liberties of his clients. With his knowledge, skills and attention to detail, he strives to protect his clients’ interests by providing honest advice and straightforward explanations that help them make informed legal decisions. He is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is admitted in multiple Federal Judicial Districts across the nation.  He has represented clients throughout the State of Texas, in North Carolina, Colorado, Louisiana, and Nebraska. 

Mr. Bins graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University in 2008. He obtained his Juris Doctor in 2012 from the South Texas College of Law Houston, where he was a quarterfinalist in the Garland R. Walker Memorial mock trial competition. 

His extensive experience and overall accomplishments in the legal field have earned him a rating of “Excellent” through Avvo. He is an active member of legal associations such as the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, and the Houston Bar Association.
