Nicole Lawrence Ezer, the principal attorney at The Ezer Law Group PLLC in Houston, is a board-certified specialist in immigration and nationality law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Practicing law in the state of Texas for almost two decades, Ms. Ezer has extensive experience representing multinational and Fortune 500 companies. She serves as a consultant for several business entities and actively works with them in updating, developing and implementing immigration policies.

From collecting all the required documents to filing them on time, Ms. Ezer stands by her clients throughout the process. She always puts her best foot forward in each case she takes up and strives to make the proceedings hassle and stress-free.

An alumnus of Smith College, Ms. Ezer received her undergraduate degree in English literature in 1991. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the Boston University School of Law in 1994, where she was also an active member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.

After receiving her bar license, Ms. Ezer worked at a Houston-based legal firm for almost five years, where she advised and counselled numerous companies. She has been a part of multiple companies and legal firms, where she solely focused her practice on immigration law.

Ms. Ezer was named by H-Texas Magazine as one of "Houston’s Professionals on the Fast Track" for her outstanding service rendered to her clients. The U.S. News & World Report included her in the Best Lawyers list.

A frequent speaker and lecturer, Ms. Ezer has attended numerous conferences and seminars, where she addresses groups of HR professionals and attorneys. She has authored and co-authored several articles and books, with the article titled "The Intersection of Immigration and Family Law" being one of her best. She has also been an adjunct professor at the University of Houston Law Center, where she taught the business immigration basics.
