In 2004, Mr. Wexler earned a Bachelor of Science in economics from The University of Texas at Austin. He then went on to receive a Juris Doctor from the South Texas College of Law in 2007, graduating cum laude.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Wexler has diligently and efficiently advocated on behalf of his clients. He is committed to supporting his clients through every phase of their cases. Over the course of his career, Mr. Wexler and his team have successfully obtained verdicts and recoveries on behalf of clients. His notable successes include helping to obtain a $3.5 million settlement for his clients in a case involving two people who were victimized by Nigerian pirates; a $2.9 million settlement on behalf of his clients in a motor vehicle accident case; and a $3.9 million settlement for a land rig worker who was injured on the job. Mr. Wexler has been named in the National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40.
Beyond the courtroom, Mr. Wexler is active in the legal community. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, the Houston Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Young Lawyers Association. Mr. Wexler also believes in giving back to the community at large, volunteering his time with the Partnership for the Advancement & Immersion of Refugees, the St. Luke's Foundation and the JDRF.
