Patrice McKinney represents The Lanier Law Firm's clients in car and trucking collision cases, Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA) cases, and other personal injury cases. She obtained an eight figure verdict for her client in a tortious interference with inheritance rights case and several seven to eight figure settlements in work safety cases. Additionally, she has garnered seven figure results in numerous FELA cases.
