Pimal A. Patel is a Partner in Patel Anderson's litigation and hospitality practice. He represents individuals, corporations, hotel owners, and other businesses in a variety of business transactions and litigation matters. His primary focus is in the areas of real estate, franchise litigation, commercial disputes, contract negotiation, finance, and general corporate matters. Pimal brings a wealth of business knowledge to the practice of law. Before practicing law, he owned, operated, and managed numerous assets in the real estate sector. His practical knowledge of the real estate industry, allows him to understand issues that may arise from a client perspective. In addition to practicing law, Pimal believes strongly in community service. In 2013, he was appointed to serve, and continues to serve, as a member of the Board to the Small Independent Motel Association (SIMA). He continues to advise SIMA on various matters as they relate to his service. Additionally, Pimal previously served on the Education and Professional Development Committee and currently serves as the Chair of the Franchise and Industry Relations Committee for the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA).
