R. Kelly Donaldson

A veteran attorney with nearly four decades of experience, R. Kelly Donaldson goes above and beyond the call of duty to help his clients fight their contentious legal challenges pertaining to construction law, and business and corporate law, among many others. At the law office of Fahl & Donaldson, PLLC, in Houston, Texas, he has represented chemical companies, contractors and subcontractors, and lenders, as well as a school district, and a county in East Texas, among many others, in a wide variety of legal disputes, showcasing his expansive legal knowledge.

Mr. Donaldson completed his undergraduate studies in 1979, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree from the Southern Methodist University. He went on to attend the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he sharpened his shrewd legal acumen and talents that are cornerstones of his practice today. He received his Juris Doctor in 1986, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Texas. He later gained admission to practice before all the federal district courts of Texas, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas and the United States Courts of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.

A consummate professional through and through, Mr. Donaldson takes on all the legal burdens of his clients so that their day-to-day business operations are relatively unaffected by their cases.
