Rafael Quesada

With a desire to provide innocent victims with access to the resources, legal insights and high-quality representation to secure the financial compensation they deserve, Rafael Quesada established RQ Law Group PLLC in Houston, Texas. A seasoned general litigation attorney, he is highly focused on protecting clients’ rights and fighting for justice and fair treatment in the legal system.

Competent, straightforward and highly responsive, Mr. Quesada possesses the ability to anticipate the strategies and tactics of the opposing side and devise effective strategies for his clients. He also has the experience to understand the nuances of the law to help his clients overcome even the most complex legal issues.

Upon obtaining his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of the Incarnate Word, Mr. Quesada pursued his Juris Doctor at the South Texas College of Law Houston. In addition to being named to the dean’s list, he earned honors for distinction in legal research and writing and property law. He also functioned as an associate editor for The Texas Journal of Business Law and as a school ambassador.

Mr. Quesada clerked for Lone Star Legal Aid and worked on appeals for a Houston immigration law business throughout law school. Before entering private practice to defend clients in personal injury lawsuits, he worked at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and a prominent Houston-based law firm to gain invaluable trial experience. 

Eligible to practice law in all courts in the state of Texas, Mr. Quesada has been maintaining active engagement in the State Bar of Texas since 2017. He frequently receives honors and accolades from his clients, peers and judges for his dedication to delivering the best to his clients.
