Attorney Randall B. Wilhite is a shareholder with the Fullenweider Wilhite law firm, which has offices located in Houston and Austin, Texas. Board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Mr. Wilhite has more than 40 years of experience representing clients across the state who are going through a divorce or have some other pressing legal issue affecting their families that they need to address.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Wilhite has earned a reputation as one of the leading family law attorneys in Texas as well as the entire country. In addition to his extensive litigaton experience, he has also successfully mediated more than 2,600 cases to date along with numerous arbitrations. A 1976 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Wilhite obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center in 1979. During his career, he has conducted numerous lectures and seminars on a variety of family law topics, and he received the Best Continuing Legal Education Presentation in Texas Family Law award from the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists in 2002 and 2003.

For over 15 years, Mr. Wilhite has taught Texas Marital Property Rights and Texas Marital Relations and Divorce as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Texas School of Law in Austin.  He previously taught Advanced Family Law, Texas Marital Property Rights and Family Law Practice at the University of Houston Law School.  For several consecutive years, he was a member of the Permanent Teaching Faculty of the American Bar Association Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute and, in addition to having been a regular Faculty Member of the Course, has also taught its Advanced Course on Business Valuation Advocacy.

In addition, he has spoken and presented over 130 continuing legal education articles at seminars and institutes in Texas and around the United States. He has been presented with the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists Award for the Best Continuing Legal Education Presentation in Texas Family Law for his article on Valuation of Closely Held Businesses and Professional Practices.
