Richard Kaplan has over 45 years of experience in state and federal civil trials, having successfully represented clients in matters involving complex commercial litigation, real estate, landlord-tenant, fraud, deceptive trade practices, negligence, eminent domain, tortious interference, and construction disputes. Having achieved favorable results on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in virtually all aspects of civil litigation and corporate matters, Mr. Kaplan advises clients on a wide range of significant legal issues in the real estate, insurance, corporate, banking and franchise areas.
